This strategic partnership supports undergraduate students at Parami University in developing their professional skills through hands-on internships in the healthcare sector. How do you find the right career path when your first choice no longer feels right?

Through the One-on-One Mentorship Program led by the Parami University Career Development Center (PUCDC), mentors from diverse professional backgrounds, along with Parami students and staff, move through a defined cycle: preparation, matching, engagement, and reflection.

What insights and opportunities did Soe Yu Naing share during the Graduate Talk Series about studying in Europe, particularly regarding scholarship options and his academic journey?

The second workshop was led by Min Thaw, Talent Solutions & Partnership Development Specialist at Crossworks. The session, titled “Career Clarity and Design Your Life,” expanded on the self-reflection framework introduced during the first Crossworks workshop in September.

Parami University’s Career Development Center invited students, alumni, and partners to explore this very question during the fourth session of its Career Talk Series, “A Lifelong Advocate for Gender Equality.” Featuring Rani Pramesti, Executive Director at Wedu, a lifelong advocate for gender equality, who comes from a long line of Chinese Indonesian women advocates, changemakers, and entrepreneurs.

The session introduced students to academic and professional opportunities offered through Bard College’s Graduate Program in Global Studies, along with insights into student life in New York.

Tin Shine Aung, an alumnus of the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Program, presented key insights in three main areas: program information, self-management when relocating to diverse foreign countries, and financial management for scholarship recipients.
