Parami University Partners with Global Mentorship Initiative to strengthen career pathways for students

Parami University has partnered with the Global Mentorship Initiative (GMI), a U.S.-based non-profit organization that connects its undergraduate students with experienced professionals through structured mentorship programs, expanding career development opportunities for the students.

This partnership comes at a critical time, as many students begin to consider their next steps after graduation. While academic learning remains central, there is a growing need for guidance in navigating the transition from university to the professional world. 

GMI’s mentorship program is designed to support students and recent graduates as they prepare to enter the workforce. Each participant is matched with a professional mentor and guided through a structured series of sessions covering key areas such as career planning, job search strategies, professional communication, and workplace readiness.
