With the shared goal of advancing access to quality education for Myanmar youths, Parami University has partnered with the Saya Foundation. This supports undergraduate students in developing their professional skills with hands-on internship experiences. The collaboration advances academic knowledge in real-world settings and educational impact.

Saya Foundation fosters holistic growth, ensuring that children develop academically while cultivating empathy and responsibility, skills essential for lifelong learning and caring for others.

Through this strategic partnership, the Parami University Career Development Center connects students with empowering internships in strengthening schools and nurturing children through Saya’s programs. The program further fosters students to learn from inspiring stories and uncover opportunities in Saya’s supportive communities.

This partnership creates internship and employment opportunities, allowing students to gain practical, real-world experience. It also expands access to training programs, workshops, bootcamps, and mentorship from education and technical professionals dedicated to empowering learners.

“At Saya Foundation, we see internship and apprenticeship as a meaningful journey into the professional world — a gentle transition from academic learning into real responsibility and ownership. Interns at Saya do real work alongside our team, sharing responsibility, learning through practice, and contributing with purpose. Through this partnership, we hope to create a space of shared ownership, interdependence, and growth. It is not simply about hosting interns, but about walking alongside them as they build confidence and step into their professional paths. In doing so, we strengthen one another and grow together.” — Tin Ma Ma Htet, executive director of Saya Foundation.

“Despite political and global uncertainties, we continue to move forward—because as long as we have hope, we can build a better future for higher education, for our communities, and for the world,” said Dr. Kyaw Moe Tun, president of Parami University.

Through this partnership, Parami University and Saya Foundation aim to expand career pathways and provide meaningful internship opportunities for undergraduate students, while nurturing lifelong learners and compassionate educators.
