Parami University and Diinsider partner to expand career pathways for students

Updated: 1 hour ago

Parami University and Development Innovation Insider (Diinsider) have secured an impactful partnership this year to help students build not only strong academic foundations but also sustainable career paths. This strategic partnership aims to strengthen career development opportunities for Parami students across Myanmar.

Diinsider is a content creator and solution provider for consumers, entrepreneurs, and partners. Parami University offers high-quality, synchronous online education to students from diverse and often marginalized backgrounds. In addition, the Parami University Career Development Center (PUCDC) is designed to connect students with meaningful internships and scholarship opportunities and serve as a platform for building long-term networks across diverse industries.

This partnership opens pathways for internships and potential job opportunities, giving the students real-world experience and exposure. Besides, the collaboration focuses on expanding the students’ access to professional skills training, talk series, thematic workshops, specialized bootcamps and mentorship programs through the expertise network of the Diinsider team in the development sector.

“Our mission is to improve the quality of life for the underserved 4-5 billion population,” mentioned on the Diinsider webpage. Partnering with Diinsider will expand our reach to professional and emerging leaders, changemakers and innovators in promoting a grassroots innovation network.

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to empower young people and connect them with career opportunities. The partnership provides Diinsider with opportunities to contribute to youth development through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)-aligned programming and to engage with a pool of English-speaking, globally oriented candidates. Parami students will benefit from expert-led sessions, stronger employment linkages, and practical exposure to professional environments. This partnership currently does not involve any monetary transactions.

“We are pleased to announce this partnership, strengthening both the professional networks and expanding the pool of expertise in the development field,” said Ma Phoo Pwint Thiri Khine, Director of Institutional Advancement at Parami University. By connecting with the experts and professionals through the Diinsider’s network, the PUCDC team is excited to enhance the career development of our students in professional settings.

Parami University looks forward to working closely with Diinsider to provide students with the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to thrive in a rapidly changing workforce.
