Parami University has secured another partnership this year to help students build not only strong academic foundations but also sustainable career paths. On November 11, 2025, Parami signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Crossworks Myanmar, aiming to strengthen career development opportunities for Parami students across Myanmar.
Crossworks Myanmar, a Yangon-based remote hiring and career development organization, connects young professionals with global work opportunities and offers training programs that build employability, soft skills, and digital readiness. Through this collaboration, Parami students will gain greater access to career talks, professional development workshops, and tailored training programs aligned with their academic and professional interests.
Parami University’s Career Development Center (PUCDC) will support the initiative by coordinating student participation, promoting Crossworks events, and preparing students for recruitment processes.
In addition to skills training, the partnership will enhance pathways to employment. Crossworks Myanmar will notify Parami University of suitable internship and job openings and provide orientation where applicable. Parami’s Career Development Center (PUCDC) will help students prepare application materials, navigate recruitment processes, and build confidence for workplace environments. Recruitment for full-time roles is expected to grow in 2026, when Parami’s first cohort of undergraduate students completes their programs.
“This partnership reflects our shared belief that every young person deserves access not only to education, but also to real opportunities that help them build secure and meaningful futures,” said Thea Khine, Director of Institutional Advancement. “Crossworks Myanmar brings deep expertise in bridging local talent with global opportunities, and we are excited to work together for the benefit of our students.”
Both institutions view this collaboration as a timely and impactful initiative to expand access to career development resources for students, particularly those navigating instability and limited employment opportunities. Parami University looks forward to working closely with Crossworks Myanmar to provide students with the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to thrive in a rapidly changing workforce.
