Just before his departure in June, we had a great opportunity to interview Dr. Phil Enns, former Dean of Academic Affairs, about his three years at Parami University. Since joining Parami in July 2023, Dr. Enns has been involved in the university’s academic development and initiatives. In this interview, he shares his reflections on the role of a liberal arts approach, the experiences and milestones that shaped his time at Parami, and his hopes for the university’s continued growth.
