Parami University is committed to strengthening education systems and promoting equity in educational opportunities through international partnerships.

Talloires Network of Engaged Universities

Parami University is now a member of the Talloires Network of Engaged Universities, a coalition of 44 universities from 25 countries committed to social responsibility, community engagement, international efforts, and tackling global and local issues. Engaged members of the Talloires Network include prestigious institutions such as Harvard University, Bard College, the University of Cape Town, Brown University, Newcastle University, and Western Sydney University.

Bard College

Annandale-on-Hudson, New York

Bard College has been an institutional partner of Parami University since its earlier operations in Myanmar. The two institutions signed an MOU to offer dual Associate and Bachelor’s degrees for students who meet the academic requirements of both universities. The dual-degree programs are approved by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, Bard College’s institutional accreditor. Bard College also maintains dual-degree partnerships with several international institutions.

Global Higher Education Alliance for the 21st Century (GHEA21)

Parami University is a participating institutional member of the Global Higher Education Alliance for the 21st Century (GHEA21), formerly known as the Open Society University Network (OSUN). Founded by Bard College and Central European University, the network currently comprises nearly fifty higher education and research institutions worldwide. Through this membership, Parami University benefits from access to extensive academic resources, including grants and diverse collaborative opportunities.

National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU)

Parami University has established a formal academic partnership with National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU), Kaohsiung, Taiwan, to strengthen cooperation in education, research, and cultural exchange. Through this partnership, Parami University expands opportunities for joint academic initiatives, research collaboration, and student mobility programs. Building on the successful participation of 14 Parami students in NSYSU’s two-week summer program in August 2025, the collaboration will continue to promote academic innovation, intercultural dialogue, and shared learning between Myanmar and Taiwan.

Parami University is committed to strengthening local education systems and promoting equity in educational opportunities through local partnerships. In addition to offering our own education programs, the University’s staff and faculty dedicate their time and expertise to provide various services directly to community schools to augment their administrative systems, learning resources and education programs.

Library Resources

We share access to online databases and library resources with partner schools to supplement the education experience of their students and educators.

These resources include -

Over 9,000 textbooks across 950 topics through the Perlego online library
Journal articles and databases through the partnership with EIFL (Electronic Information for Libraries), which includes the Journal of Burma Studies, Oxford Journals Collection, Royal Society Journals Collection, and E-Duke Journals Scholarly Collection.

Organization Emails with Custom Domain

To ensure secure and professional electronic communications, we provide a suite of email accounts with a custom domain for the community schools free of charge. These personalized email accounts will not only bolster the school's professional image but also provide a secure channel for internal and external communication.

Our EdTech team provides technical services to community organizations that want to strengthen their IT and EdTech systems.

Cherry Myay Academy

This user-friendly website enhances Cherry Myay Academy’s online presence and facilitates communication with potential students and donors.

Learning Management System

Leveraging open-source Learning Management System (LMS) solutions, we guide schools in setting up digital classrooms that enable the seamless integration of educational technology. By implementing these LMS platforms, community schools can empower their educators to deliver content efficiently, engage students in interactive learning experiences, and ultimately achieve enhanced learning outcomes.

Website Development

We also build custom websites for community schools to help enhance their online presence and accessibility. The website development services are designed to showcase each community school's unique identity and mission effectively. Through user-friendly interfaces and strategic content development, organizations better engage with domestic and international stakeholders and foster connections with students, parents, and the wider community.
