Bard College
Annandale-on-Hudson, New York
Bard College is an institutional partner of Parami University, since the time Parami operated in Burma (Myanmar). Bard College and Parami University have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to enter into a partnership to award dual Associate and Bachelors' degrees to students at Parami University, who fulfill all requirements set forth by Parami University and Bard College. The dual degree programs have been approved by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE), the institutional accreditor of Bard College. Bard College has entered into such dual-degree arrangements with many international institutions, such as the American University of Central Asia in Kyrgyzstan, Al-Quds University in East Jerusalem, Bard College Berlin in Germany, etc. Partnership information from Bard can be seen Here.
Open Society University Network
Parami University is one of the participating institutional members in the Open Society University Network (OSUN). OSUN was founded by Bard College and Central European University. Currently, the Network has nearly fifty (50) higher education and research institutions. Because of this network, Parami University has many academic resources within its reach, in terms of grants and other collaborative opportunities.

Parami University is committed to strengthening local education systems and promoting equity in educational opportunities through local partnerships. In addition to offering our own education programs, the University’s staff and faculty dedicate their time and expertise to provide various services directly to community schools to augment their administrative systems, learning resources and education programs.

Library Resources
We share access to online databases and library resources with partner schools to supplement the education experience of their students and educators.

Over 9,000 textbooks across 950 topics through the Perlego online library

Journal articles and databases through the partnership with EIFL (Electronic Information for Libraries), which includes the Journal of Burma Studies, Oxford Journals Collection, Royal Society Journals Collection, and E-Duke Journals Scholarly Collection.
