Aye Marlar Htat is the Director of Finance and Operations at Parami University. She has about 15 years of experience in financial management, including audit, tax, funding, valuation, JV, and MIC, at INGOs, CSOs, MNCs, and other companies. She joined Parami University in February 2022 to bring her experience in financial management to lead the Office of Finance and Operations.
