Dr. Si Thu Aung

Dr. Si Thu Aung holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Mahidol University in Thailand. He recently worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the State University of New York at Buffalo, Buffalo, New York, USA. At the University at Buffalo, his research focused on neuroimaging and brain health. After completing his Ph.D., he became a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Rail and Modern Transport Research Center (RMT) of the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) in Thailand. At the NSTDA, he developed a deep learning model for autonomous vehicles. His research interests include neuroimaging, biomedical signal processing, and digital image processing, as well as the development of feature engineering and machine learning algorithms.
