Dr. Buğra Güngör

"Dr. Buğra Güngör is a Visiting Faculty member in the Division of Social Science and Humanities at Parami University. He earned his Ph.D. in International Relations and Political Science from the Geneva Graduate Institute in Switzerland. Before joining Parami, Dr. Güngör taught at the American University of Central Asia, the American University in Bulgaria, the Geneva Graduate Institute, the Geneva Centre of Humanitarian Studies, and Sabancı University.
He holds an MA in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from Sabancı University and a BA in Philosophy, with a minor in Political Science, from Bilkent University. His research focuses on conflict processes, foreign aid, development, and humanitarian affairs. His work has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals, including the British Journal of Politics and International Relations and Southeast European and Black Sea Studies.
In Fall 2026, Dr. Güngör teaches Introduction to Political Science at Parami University. His broader teaching portfolio includes courses in Foreign Policy Analysis, Comparative Politics, Quantitative Research Methods, and Foundations of Policy Analysis, among others."
