Student Affairs Team is pleased to invite you to a special guest speaker session titled “Key Skills for Resilient and Successful Cross-Functional Leadership in the AI Era” on November 7, 2025 by Alissa Stover.
Alissa Stover is an exceptional cross-functional tech product manager currently working on Global Polls at Gallup. Her “renaissance” journey has taken her from ballet to neuroscience research, to social impact data science, and now to tech product management; including co-founding a nonprofit and developing an empathy course that helped heal political divides. Alissa graduated from the University of California, Berkeley.
The session will explore the skills leaders require to build resilience and achieve sustainable success in this rapidly evolving era. The audience will also have the chance to interact with a professional and gain practical insights into the leadership qualities.
