About the event
We are excited to invite you to the Break the Bias event, an interactive session for Parami students to explore conscious and subconscious biases, share perspectives, and foster a more inclusive community. This event is co-organized by the Parami Student Representative Council (PSRC) and the Inclusion Fellows, in collaboration with the Student Affairs Team.
The main purpose of this event is to discuss and reflect on the biases within our community. By recognizing our own biases, such as favoring certain friends or making assumptions about others, we can act more fairly, listen more openly, and help create a more inclusive environment at Parami.
